Are you an experienced pool professional looking for a leadership-level role? We are seeking a Senior Pool Maintenance Technician to join our team in Hauppauge. This position is designed for a skilled professional who can manage complex pool systems and provide expert-level service to our premier clients across Long Island.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Technician, you will handle high-level maintenance and technical troubleshooting:

  • Advanced Water Chemistry: Expertly balancing water in large-scale residential and commercial pools, including salt systems and specialized finishes.
  • Equipment Diagnostics: Troubleshooting and maintaining pumps, advanced filtration systems, heaters, and salt-chlorine generators.
  • Automation Systems: Programming and repairing pool automation and remote-access control systems.
  • Openings & Closings: Leading crews through complex seasonal openings and winterizations.
  • Quality Control: Ensuring all service standards are met and providing guidance to junior staff when necessary.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven Experience: A minimum of [Insert Number, e.g., 3-5] years of professional pool maintenance and repair experience is required.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of hydraulics, heater diagnostics, and electrical components of pool systems.
  • Transportation: Must have a reliable personal vehicle to travel between job sites and a valid Driver’s License with a clean record.
  • Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy equipment (50+ lbs) and work efficiently in various outdoor weather conditions.
